I'm enjoying my free summer a lot more than I thought I would, namely because I have a ton of time to read. With the amount of work I have during the year, I don't think I've read a book that wasn't for school since 8th grade. That was two years ago- wow!
Right now I am working through the Dream trilogy by Nora Roberts. I am on the second book, and they're really great! Nora Roberts has written over 200 novels, so I think I've found much of my reading material for the rest of the summer.
Here are the rest of the books in my library stack at the moment:
The Pursuit of Lucy Banning by Olivia Newport
The Pretty One by Lucinda Rosenfeld
The Covenant by Beverly Lewis
The Druggist of Auschwitz by Dieter Schlesak
Just a note for anyone taking book recommendations from this list: I take books out of the adult section of the library. It doesn't mean that everything I read is inappropriate, but the content isn't necessarily censored, so err on the side of caution if you are only allowed to read "clean" books.
